Led by our visionary Project Director—who brings over 35 years of experience managing large-scale, high-profile developments—our skilled team leverages deep industry knowledge and a collaborative approach to consistently deliver outstanding results.

With 35 years of experience in the field, I’m proud to lead this company. Previously, I served as Project Director for a prominent development company in Oman, overseeing several major developments from concept to completion.

  • Mall of Muscat: 191,765 sq.m, 3,000 parking, cinema, aquarium, food court.
  • Palm Mall in Sohar: 35,500 sq.m, 820 parking, retail & entertainment.
  • Warehousing Project: 55,000 sq.m AC warehouse with cold storage.
  • Bait Al Reem: 20,000 sq.m office complex in Al Khuwair.
  • Dar Al Maha: 25,000 sq.m, 120-unit residential project in Darsait.

I’ve also been involved in design development of large-scale projects including resorts, business hotels, master plans, amusement parks, and the proposed Muscat World Trade Centre.

Mall of Muscat

This iconic project spanned 191,765sq.m (20,641,141sq.ft) and featured 3,000 car parking spaces, making it one of the largest shopping destinations in Oman. The mall offers a wide range of retail options, including the largest hypermarket, anchor shops, dining, entertainment, a multiplex cinema, food court, and Oman’s first and largest aquarium, featuring an exciting array of aquatic animals.

Palm Mall in Sohar (now known as Sohar Downtown)

This 35,500sq.m (382,118sq.ft) mall features 820 car parking spaces and was designed to serve the growing population of Sohar, offering a range of retail, dining, and entertainment options.

Warehousing Project

55,000sq.m (592,015sq.ft) air-conditioned warehouse with cold storage. This state-of-the-art facility was built for a leading hypermarket chain, enabling them to streamline their logistics and supply chain operations.

Bait Al Reem

Prestigious office building located in the Ministry Area of Al Khuwair, this 20,000sq.m (215,278sq.ft) office building with a business center sets a new standard for commercial properties in Oman.

Dar Al Maha

Apartment building in Darsait, this 25,000sq.m (269,097sq.ft) residential project with 120 units offers luxurious living spaces, catering to the growing demand for high-quality housing in Oman.
